thats great Mike, thank you for all these additional efforts.

I think a regular update page will be useful between full refresh of the whole document. - what I mean is that editing in updates in the main document can often be lost to readers, whereas a page highlighting updates can focus on the changes. then this all gets edited in one go. e.g a quarterly or half yearly version but with regular update front pages ( not at the back)

@GlobalNomad - sure, that makes sense. I'll look to include some form of document control and revision history in to both the online and offline versions.

May also be good to have a consolidated list of all the main risks of the investment. I already have things like the codemasters deal not continuing, EA buyout taking them in a different direction. What are all the risks we have?
