So just a thought...

What do we think the share price could move to if we are in a few of the PS5 games and say Rocket League & Roller Champions?

Thinking:

Destruction All Stars
Madden NFL 21
Watch Dogs Legion
Gran Turismo 7
NBA 2k21

or am I just dreaming ( bad day at work )

@Nickfletch70 I think it all depends on how much financial PR JD is going to do once the news is announced. The market needs educating on specifics to get this company valued 'fairly'. If the Bidstack inventory is at 10m DAUs (e.g.) then the market needs to be told (ideally in as simplistic terms as possible, given the market intelligence currently on display) that this means Bidstack has the power to put a brand in front of 10 million people each and every day. Then mention that CPMs for in-game ads are around £7-11 per thousand. And hope the dimwitted numpties out there know how to do maths.

At the moment the 'market' can be broken down into the following groups:

1. Those already invested in Bidstack - take it as read we reckon there is value to be had here!
2. Bunch of egiot flippers/day-traders and wannabe egos who clog up twitter etc with their nonsense and their hangers on who don't do their own research but just aim to 'get rich quick'.
3. Everyone else, including institutional investors, who take a more serious approach to hunting out value for the medium to longterm investment.

Currently group 2) still think Bidstack is a basket case because, despite their claims to be Big Swinging Dicks of the investing/trading world, they are still hung up over what happened last year. Group 3) simply don't yet know Bidstack even exists let alone what it does.

As for what would be 'fair' value if we get a few big name releases? I don't know. The company will be loss-making for at least the whole of 2021 too, so traditional PE based valuations don't work. But looking at potential. with demonstration of starting to bring that potential with 10m DAUs and tie-ups with some of the world's largest games studios and the company has to be £100m+ in my opinion. That would be 30p-40p minimum. But then the idiots in Group 2) will all pile in whipping up their twitter acolytes and there is strong potential the SP will get out ahead of reason...

Time will tell. But at some point JD will need to go educated the market on what the company has achieved. They just don't have a clue yet... And to be fair, we all here only have an as yet incomplete jigsaw pieced together from what we can glean...

Looking back to the end of March. The RNS about Covid was released which said not a lot really at all:

https://bidstackgroup.com/wp-content/up ... 0.3.20.pdf

In fact, it said very little compared to the AGM statement and the recent TU. JD did a VOX market pod-cast and the SP went from 5p to 10p over the next 3 days. Then drifted all the way back down again.

Now here we are in late July with fund raising done, Gold Standard done, H1 revenue known and solid guidance (but no details) on the inventory and not even a whimper of upwards momentum. But then since that VOX market podcast there has been no direct communication outside of RNS's.

**EDIT: actually, not sure JD was personally on the Vox podcast but it was definitely about Bids... can't recall when the last time JD spoke to the market

Working on the aforementioned dashboard and putting together some RNS highlights on the demand side...

The recent award of the Internet Advertising Bureau's Gold Standard certificate 1.1 has extended the opportunities available to the Company for inclusion in media planning by international advertising agencies

For many brands and agencies, being IAB Gold Standard certified is a prerequisite for inclusion in media planning

Customers are moving beyond initial test spends and the size and scope of proposed advertising campaigns has increased significantly.

Bidstack is now working with most of the major international advertising groups.

IAB gold standard awarded mid June, no time for that to really impact H1 sales and looks like this is very significant in unlocking spend. Also went through the list of brands that have been worked with, Audi, VW, Shell, Subway etc. Some real heavyweight household names are buying into IGA. At some point the market will wake up, this isn't a flash in the pan AIM small cap soon forgetten about.

So do you think we are already in some unannounced games or they are coming shortly?

Just thinking of H2 revenues - going to be tight if we don't get in games until October

Hoping the PS5 launch isn't putting things back

@Nickfletch70
Ps5 launch would always be end of the year towards Xmas so you have to suggest the forecasts would have taken that into account.

I’ve said for ages games inventory needs to be added quick in order to get any way close to for year targets.

How can you go form 250k in 6 months, to then average 225k a month based on that bids have.

There has got to be a game or two in the pipeline surely.
After all both the broker write up and half year statement reiterates they are working for big publishers

If they are not in some more games already, or at least very soon. Then the targets wont be hit.

But they seem very confident that all targets will be hit.

Yes well..... I take hearing that Bidstack are 'confident' about their projections with a pinch of salt these days having heard it many times before with no substance emerging.

It is time for Bids to turn the rhetoric in to reality and prove that our loyalty has been worth the rollercoaster ride we have endured.

Bang on @Liz872

@Fudgerella30 come one you have been here long enough to know confidence in meeting targets means sweet FA when it’s comes to BIDS.

We have just got to hope this isn’t history repeating itself.
