Does make you wonder about the need for the discount if it’s 5x over subscribed.
@MGXYZ

The price was agreed 'allegedly' last Friday when they doing the road shows and SP was circa 11p, however the company had a strong news flow which they were trying to suppress till raise was done, however large external partner wanted news released for the benefit of there profile / SP. Interestingly sounds like BIDS suffer the opposite that they are unable to release much anticipated news.

Lisa Hau is the new Chief Strategy Officer.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/lisa-hau/

One would imagine that item number one on her strategy checklist would be to find a strategic investor.

Look at the "interests" section of her LinkedIn profile. Just saying....

So if I'm going to buy some more and a placing comes up can I buy through hargreaves Lansdown? Or is it only selected institutions?.

@wilson63 Not sure what you are asking...

I suspect the next funding will be via a single investor VC etc. not a general market placing. Although, I don't discount there being a small raise.

What is certain now is you won't be offered pre-emption rights anymore.
