so do requests mean the same thing as bookings or lead to revenue? is that 250% uplift translate-able into a revenue lift for H1.....
Surely some of it must be, if youve seen a 250% request increase, that must translate into some revenue.

Why would bids be giving the Ad space away free or at discounts, if they have companies wanting to advertise.

It wouldn't make sense!

I think H1 revenue is immaterial really. We know it is going to be south of £500k so whether it is £240k or £340k is a non event imo. More important we see the building blocks announced that are going to lead to the step change in revenues for H2. Hopefully they are waiting for all this flipping to finish before the big newsflow starts.

JD comment about nearly pulling off a racing series. Hopefully bidstack isn't a nearly when we all look back in a few years, and we are all alot wealthier!

@Fudgerella30 ...well thats exactly my point but we have no measure of how 250% translates into % uplift in revenue and as for giving space away (or testing), well we know that has happened ...there showing and building the potential and some of that will be about allowing brands to test the veracity of the approach...so don't presume it translates into significant revenue uplift.

@jimmy_stocks , again I think getting to the point where investors can see real growth rather than setting up and a link between growing demand and growing revenue will be the key to those same investors starting once again to look at future extrapolated potential rather than historic hype/disappointment...

And 250% increase on £26k is £90k.

When you start with small numbers the growth always looks more impressive.

But as Global states, we have no way to know how ad requests translate to revenue so it’s impossible to know. However growing is good.

With JD seemingly no longer keen on the Vox markets podcasts, I wonder if he would agree to another Bidlievers Q&A?

As it seems H2 will be critical to the company's future, it might be a good time to reassure shareholders and update the market as to what to look out for in the next few months.

Agree @GlobalNomad but based on the Broker note, I don't think we will see signs of this for awhile yet, i.e when results come out for H2 this year, whenever that is.

RE the 250%+ sounds impressive but from the outside looking in, it doesn't appear there are any major issues with getting brands to buy into the concept, even prior to lockdown. Brands clearly want to get in the game.

Latest linkedin post was liked by Mike Kelly, CEO of Kelly Newman Ventures - East Cost VC.. Where are the TR-1s? https://www.crunchbase.com/organization ... n-overview

Mike was the CEO of the Weather Channel
Recently advertised in the Dirt5 trailer? edit: sorry was accuweather

Mike ran AOL’s media business as President, taking revenue from $600 million to over $2 billion, and transforming AOL from a dial-up online service into an advertising technology powerhouse. So possibly a connection with Lewis?

Not quite sure how he can comment on scale up.
To be a credible speaker on the subject surely you have to scale up first!!
