Well on the recent P&D we didn't see huge volumes being dropped implying they were possibly clear then.

What is left. What would be your theory for large volumes being dumped today?

I honestly don't know.

If it is the placing, which we were told was over-subscribed, the broker wouldn't still hold any. So does it even count as being left over from the placing if someone is only now flipping them?

There are just some people who buy at 5.3p last week and are now happy to sell at 6p. If you are only interested in a short term trade, this is not bad money. Daft, but there is logic.

The average Joe "investor" on AIM never gets their head in the right place regarding time horizons. They kinda know that holding for the long term could make them a lot of money, but when their broker app says they have made a few thousand quid overnight the immediate dopamine rush makes them forget reason and logic and the live in the moment and press "Sell".

Most people lose at "investing" because they mess up their time horizons. They take small profits too soon yet sit on large losses for a long time.

While I do care about the SP from a corporate M&A perspective, for my own holding I have tied up 2m shares for many a year. Happy to ride it out :)

well 20% up on the day on 25m shares traded is ok.

But the market cap is still less than £24m...

More news to come over the next few weeks now, I reckon.

Little disappointed with only 20% on this news, hopefully will go on a good run as this news is absorbed.

Excellent to get an update from the company again! Thanks for hearing the frustration.

Yep, I think combo of no real grasp from the market of the significance of this deal, but also there still seems to be plenty of sellers around. From where who knows but the only guess that seems to make sense is placing holders still offloading.

Just checked back and it was 6th Dec 2018 when Codemasters was RNS'd, so 21 months since another game publisher had been confirmed.

Great RNS, very relieved. Thanks mr bidstack for putting us out of our misery :lol:

@Matthew
You are not the only one.
It seems more news and evidence of income is needed to drive this up.
Personally I’d like to see the back of single digits my bids holding would make me some money from there up.
